Best customer service EVER! Upon my late check in, it was nice to be met with a cold towel, welcome drink & dried fruit. They even went so far as to make a little cake for me and deliver it to my room with a short birthday song! Location is great as it's literally right around the corner from the lake surroinded by many restaurants that also have sky bars. Breakfast has SO much variety & they offer cooked-to-order items as well. I didnt use the spa but it was nice to know that its a service. The property has great decor, super clean and is very quiet considering how busy the street below is. That said, the property is a little older & I(along some other guests) had an issue with a weird moldy smell in my room but I moved immediately. The staff are all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They learned my name quickly, offered help with tours & local rec's, even walked me to my Grab to translate everytime I took a ride. Don't hesitate to give them a try. I felt so taken care of here & everyone helped to make my birthday in Hanoi a memorable one.🙏
