The staff were amazing and so good with kids. The buffet was decent, but caters to mostly Korean and Chinese guests; limited western food. A little noisy at night from the loud music coming from the beach, but overall were nice for Vietnam standards.

Hood Hotel in a Nice Location

The hotel is one of the bigger hotel along a stretch of budget hotels and there is an abundance of seafood restaurants which will spoil you as to what to eat. It is just across the beach but u have to cross a main road before getting there. We took a one room suite which was spacious enough for me to do remote working - breakfast spread was also good and sufficient . Staff were also very friendly and helpful especially Vien who was very helpful and served us well during our stay there. Gym was spacious but could do with more equipment. Overall I would recommend this hotel for tourist who wants a more luxorious feel

Service was poor and not adequate for a 5-star international hotel. Room was not soundproof. We could hear the loud open bar music from the street even though we’re on a higher level. We could also hear the room next door such as their conversations, showering and door opening/closing.
