La Siesta in Hoi An was a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for resting and resetting. I was especially impressed by the thoughtful accommodations for dietary restrictions at dinner, which made the experience feel genuinely caring and personal. A lovely property that balances comfort, attention, and ease.

The property is located just on the edge of Hoi An and it’s an oasis, but you would never know from looking at the street front. Four pools, huge trees, and gardens, beautiful walkways everything is so perfect one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stated a lot of them.

The staff were very friendly. The front desk staff were kind, and the servers at the restaurant were also really nice. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small and the lighting was too dim. Also, plastic part of the key holder kept coming loose and falling to the floor. Overall, many of the interior features in the room were quite old.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Siesta, staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Yem in the Temple bar. everything was really clean and the gardens are beautifully kept. La Siesta is a lovely peaceful place to stay and was only a short 10 minute walk into the old town

An excellent hotel set in beautiful grounds and gardens. It has no fewer than four swimming pools and two great restaurants. The staff are incredibly helpful and did everything to help me enjoy my stay. It is a little way out of the centre requiring a 15 minute walk to the edge of the old town. However, taxis and rides are easily available. I ate twice in the Temple restaurant and the food was very good.

Excellent customer services from every department. Beautiful design of the complex and each room. Swimming pool designs are breathtaking. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections are endless and delicious. I left my very expensive reading glasses behind for 3 days and they still had it when I rang back. Now that’s impressive. We stayed in this hotel twice already and will not stay anywhere else in Hoi An other than this.

Unbelievable stay once again ! U won’t get better in Hoi an !! It’s a little oasis in the busy town !! As returning guests we got an upgrade again and Chloe who checked us in was fantastic ! Make sure u book a suite so u can have breakfast in the less busy temple restaurant … food selection was outstanding and all the staff are friendly and attentive… nothing to fault again !!!

The hotel itself is fine. We didn't get off to a good start when our first meal on arrival was not very good. The fridge in our room was not very cold. All our other meals were fine and we were able to get an ice bucket to remedy the not so cold fridge. The one big problem I had at the resort was the staff. They have obviously been trained to engage with guests and check that everything is ok. The conversation would then progress to what your plans were and the weather. It went on forever. This is lovely until it reaches the point that you are constantly interrupted and hassled incessantly. It was over the top. The resorts training needs to include when to back off and stop annoying the guest and let them have a holiday!
