Breakfast was quite good. Decent selection. They have a noodle corner and omelette station. My main gripe with this place is their annoying shower heads. It's seriously annoying trying to figure out which way the knobs turn to try and get the temperature right. Then you have to play around with it further to get the overhead shower or not. The room was fine, quite large. As for the VIP benefits, ...I'm not too sure about it being worthwhile. I dined at the restaurant and they charged me for the bottled water... The same water that is COMPLIMENTARY in the room. Then they add all these additional costs on top of your meal...to be honest the 20% VIP benefit didn't seem like much. The food was kinda average too. Breakfast was way better. The location itself wasn't too bad as it's within walking distance to the night markets and all the local hotspots. Another annoying thing was that I was in the premier building, but still had to walk in through the main building. They should open up the separate access from the side for those in the other building. And lastly, the security I thought, was a bit lacking. You don't need a swipe to go up the elevator. Anyone could have gone up.

A beautiful well kept hotel with amazing staff who cared for every need. The deep bath was amazing for soaking out the rush of travel. Stayed a full week and got to know the staff and areas around like coffee shop in alley next door(amazing) and awesome massages across the road.

A great place to stay in Hoi An, great location (a few minutes walk to the Hoi An night market with plently of shopping and restaurants), great amenities (pools, yes plural, two pools, and a good gym), and excellent staff. Definitely a resort feel and vibe with the tiled floors in the room and blue and orange theme, open aired walkways to the room and various areas in the hotel, and palm trees right by the pool. A 5 out of 5, i would recommend!

The hotel is stunning! The rooms were spacious and very clean, the pool areas were also pristine. We took advantage of the spa and also highly recommend the massages. You are a very short walk to the night market and Hoi An old town. Breakfast in the hotel was the best buffet breakfast I've experienced, huge amount of choice and everything was fresh and tasty. We wish we could have stayed longer!

All of the staff was very friendly. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. The area is very convenient to walk to shopping, food, and other points of interests. The breakfast is very nice. The swimming pool is so nice and it's lovely that the property is next to the river.

Everything about this Hotel was great. Only thing that was off was choosing the town view option. The view was just looking at the alley way in between the hotel buildings. If you want you the view to be the actual town, you probably have to specifically request for it when checking in.
