Loved the staff - attentive, polite and were very patient and kind to our daughter who was unwell at breakfast and had vomited on the chair. They treated her with care, provided her with warm water to drink and asked if we wanted to bring away toast for her to eat later. The next morning they even checked in on her to see if she was alright. Dinner at the roof top bar was delicious - brilliant views and once again amazing service. We have no complaints. It was an enjoyable experience.

Great views and modern clean hotel.

Hotel and staff are excellent. Room was spacious and clean. While the breakfast buffet was good, room service food quality and especially the Saturday night seafood buffet was substandard. Great location and again the staff and hotel are very good.

perfect hotel

hotel staff were so helpful, always friendly, the rooms are large and clean, hotel in great location right opposite the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Have not got a bad word for this hotel.

We had a 10/10 experience at the TMS hotel. It all started with VAN THONG the front office supervisor. He was absolutely amazing and helped us out have the best accommodation possible. Honestly, the best staff I have ever had in a hotel. Everyone was 10/10, knew great english and was so helpful. This staff should earn a reward. Thank you TMS.

Upon arrival, we were received with a warm smile & welcoming drink. Check in was relatively quick and easy and the front desk staff were all so friendly. Their breakfast buffet is great with many options for all dietary needs. We had a room in the upper floors with a great view of the city and a balcony that we could go out to. The room was also very spacious & clean. The pool is amazing!! The view from there is so nice!! We would stay here again! Thank you to the TMS staff!!

Beautiful modern hotel right on the beach. Lovely pool on roof, helpful staff and lots of bars and restaurants near by. Best swimming part of beach is directly across the road. Lots of construction going on behind hotel but not to noisy.

TMS hotel right across from the beach near My Khe beach. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We booked a premier suite, 1 king bed, balcony with city view room. When we arrived, it also had beach views - Win win! I think this was a 'fluke' as the there is a vacant lot that allows for this at present. I would like to mention that the bed mattress was very 'hard', like sleeping on a plank of wood. At the rear of TMS their is a lot of construction going on which created a lot of noise, sometimes til 11 pm at night which was kind of annoying, but it is what it is. Lovely roof top infinity pool and restaurant. I've found with all roof top pools in Vietnam gives you limited 'loungers' and space for around the pool. But great views and dinning area. Shops and eating places walkable. Caught a 'grab' to dragon bridge and markets (too far to walk in my opinion). This accommodation also requires took a 2M VND hold on credit card despite everything being pre paid. This took around 4-5 days to be reversed off my card. If you are wanting to stay near the beach, this is the perfect location. The hotel was clean and tidy, very friendly staff. Despite some minor negatives, I would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you for the pleasant stay TMS.
