Room was immaculate. Very spacious and clean. Lovely towels and bedding. Staff amazing. The hotel was well located opposite the beach across a busy road. There was a lot of construction taking place in the area. Some banging from a building construction at the rear of the hotel.

TMS Hotel was so great, I chose to rebook for my second trip to Da Nang! My first day was less than a year ago. I really enjoyed the professionalism of the hotel and its staff. You’re greeted with complementary butterfly pea iced tea and a personal front desk staff to guide you through checking in. The grounds of the hotel are well kept, clean and modern. The room is way more spacious than I’d expected the first trip. They upgraded our room from city view to partial Sea view due to ongoing construction without additional. The pool is absolutely stunning, appearing to drop off into the sea.For the area, I would definitely give this hotel five stars. I would also stay here at third time and recommend to friends and family in a heartbeat.

TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach is an excellent place to stay. The buffet breakfast is genuinely outstanding — huge variety, fresh, and easily one of the highlights of the stay. Rooms are very clean, modern, and well maintained, with housekeeping doing a great job every day. The staff are a real standout: always smiling, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being over the top. Location is spot on — close to the beach, cafés, restaurants, and everything you’d want within easy walking distance. Comfortable, well-run, and great value. Would happily stay again.

Staff and cleanliness were excellent. Room was okay: spacious but the handheld shower head broke into two pieces as soon as we picked it up and the temperature fluctuated despite the thermostat being set on freezing, so it was too warm for sleeping. Not enough vegan options at breakfast so we skipped it some days, even though it was included. Rooftop cocktails weren’t great but reasonably priced during happy hour.

What really stood out for us was the staff and customer service. All the staff we interacted with during our two night stay were courteous and showed genuine care. The views both from our room and the restaurants were also super nice. The noodle super at Brekky was really delicious. They also serve freshly made coffee which was a real point of difference. While the hotel was rated as 5 star, we don’t believe it is up to the international 5 star standard. We stayed in a 5 star international hotel chain before our stayed in TMS, the differences were very noticeable for the decoration, quality of bedding, sheets, towels, furniture and other amenities. I would say it is more of a 4 star hotel. As long as you have the right expectations, then you’d enjoy your stay there.

TMS Hotel Danang Beach is a gem! Spent 6 nights here and it was the perfect relaxing getaway. Location: Unbeatable—directly opposite the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang and Hoi An. Room: Ocean View was incredible. Staff: 5-star service! Professional and welcoming. We truly felt at home and consider this the best hotel we've stayed at in Vietnam. Highly recommended and we will be back! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
