Clean, friendly staff, excellent value

Pool was amazing and loved that it’s open late. Rooms are spacious and super clean, with great room service!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time there. There is an adult pool separate from the kids pool so you can relax and enjoy. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach and they have a partner bar there so you can get a free chair on the beach. The only thing I would pass on is their restaurant, while the breakfast is ok and they even make eggs any way you want fresh at the demand, we go the 5 course dinner as it was our honeymoon and it wasn’t great. There are so many amazing restaurants in town so definitely go there. Within a couple of minutes walk you are right in the middle of town with loads of bars, restaurants and even a night market. You can also board the lovely boats that take you around the river. Other than the food, the rest was perfect, the room was spacious, and if you want you have turn down service. The bathroom is great with plenty of amenities and the water pressure was heaven. We wished we had stayed a bit longer there, will definitely book back there if we go back to Hoi an.

The entire resort was stunning. My villa was enormous and beautifully styled, and the staff were so helpful in organising everything we could need.

Perfect location not too far from the river and shops! Staff were very kind and caring excellent service. Room was spacious, other facilities were amazing too!

Great location. Very nice rooms, facilities a bit basic but you are so close to everything you wouldn’t stay in the hotel at night. Breakfast was the usual buffet, I’ve had worse
