Beautiful property, a nice gym and pool, the food was delicious and such an amazing spread on the buffet, and the staff were all top notch!! I recommend staying here, and there’s plenty of English if that’s your first language

We had a wonderful stay at Elegant Suites. The room was excellent with an incredible view of the lake. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing.

From the moment we arrived, check-in was a breeze, with the staff warmly welcoming us and ensuring everything was seamless. The room was impeccable—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly spacious. The bathroom was equally impressive, offering ample space and modern amenities. But the highlight of our stay was the magnificent bed—so plush and comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. After long days of exploring Hanoi, coming back to such a cozy and inviting space truly felt like home. The location near West Lake provided a peaceful retreat away from the city's hustle, yet it was still conveniently close to key attractions. The hospitality was top-notch, making our stay all the more memorable. We highly recommend Elegant Suites Westlake to anyone visiting Hanoi. It’s a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality!
