What a lovely hotel! From start to finish we had such a good experience at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, we had an internal window and did not detract from the experience at all. The hotel even decorated the room and provided a birthday treat on check in! The breakfast was excellent, great variety every morning. The staff were incredible, so warm and welcoming on every interaction, especially the breakfast staff. The pool was lovely as well and quite quiet on most occasions that we used it. The location is excellent, easy walk to train street (about 5 mins) and lots of restaurants close by.

Superb hotel. Very clean - to be honest probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and was much better than I was expecting for Vietnam. The quality of the finish in the rooms was superb and everything worked !! When we left even the staff came out to wave us off and ensure we had got into the taxi ok.

We had perhaps the best service I have ever experienced from any hotel. We first arrived at the hotel very early in the morning after a bad travel experience. The staff, particularly Aiden, recognized the state we were in and took care of us as though we were family. They immediately began to prepare a room and sent us to the buffet while we were waiting for it to be ready. The food at the buffet was excellent. Our room was very nice, had a comfortable bed and a great view from the balcony. The excellent service continued throughout our stay. We didn’t have a lot of plans and our host, Aiden, came through again with wonderful suggestions on activities to do in the local area and scheduled several outings for us including a cruise on Ha Long Bay that we will never forget. We were originally going to stay at this hotel for only a few nights and have added several nights to our trip in Hanoi due to how wonderful this hotel is.

A fantastic, small boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The staff was amazing. We arrived around 5:30 AM and the hotel held our bags until check-in. We walked around the city ate some food and when we came back, our bags were already in our room. The package we got had breakfast included. It was a great mix between western and Vietnamese food. The food quality and service was certainly on par with the best five star hotels. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Hanoi. The only change I would make would be to pay a little bit more for a larger room.

First time in Hanoi and we loved our stay at Hotel du Lac Signature! Everything exceeded expectations. This stunningly modern hotel is in the heart of the old quarter, with Dong Xuan Market, Train Street, and tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff make this place shine! Rose, the manager, is incredibly helpful and hooked us up with the best Ha Long Bay cruise - a trip highlight! She is warm and makes guests feel at home. The team members — Broky, Sarah, Lilly, Kendra, Emma annd others — are super helpful, polite, and professional. Great breakfast options and very comfortable rooms. Would totally recommend and stay again! Huge thanks to the wonderful team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!
