The staff were the highlight, very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was nice and rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Maybe the only reason to lose a star is our room didn't have a window, soi would recommend requesting a room that has one. But all and all was a really lovely stay.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. Front desk helped us get in early and assisted us with finding vegan options for my mom. At breakfast they were very helpful in getting any vegan/vegetarian options. Any thing we needed, the staff was incredibly helpful and I felt like a vip. Would stay again next time we’re in Hanoi.

Gave a three. We stayed here for two nights then left for a cruise returning three days later for a further three nights. The first stay room was amazing. Newly decorated, large bed and fruit in the room. The second stay (allegedly an upgrade) had a smaller bed, smaller room, needed updating and no fruit. If we had a similar room to the first stay it would have been 5 stars all round

Very nice stay at the property for 2 nights in a family room. Our room 211 was a strange configuration, you had to cross a small bridge to get to the second room. But it was comfortable and i slept well. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice and some fresh cooked options including omellete, eggs benedict. There is a small gym with some old but functioning equipment and a small but nice pool. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. We were helped by Cindy and the whole team. At the price point this is a good value hotel in close proximity to the old quarter but far enough removed to be quite quiet still and am escape from the melee outside.

The service here is excellent. The staff greets you with a map sits down with you to explain the area. Really personable. Great with our daughter as well. Also, free breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here next time. Wonderful experience!

Reception is messy with my booking. There was an issue with my arrival transfer. To cut a long story short, i paid for the transfer upon checkin. Upon checkout, was asked to pay again! Bathrom sliding door cant closed properly. Very wet area after shower. Very Poor!
