親切でフレンドリーなスタッフがこのホテルを価値あるものにしています！私たちが到着した瞬間から、安全で快適に感じました。このホテルは大きくはなく、すべての最新設備があるわけではありませんが、清潔で、旧市街の中心という素晴らしい立地にあります。どこへでも歩いて行けます。毎日美味しい朝食が用意されており、小さなビュッフェですが、選択肢も美味しかったです。冒頭で述べたように、ここで出会ったスタッフはベトナム旅行中で出会った中で最高でした。頼めば親切で助けてくれましたが、押し付けがましかったり、干渉してくることもありませんでした。私たちは1000％またここに泊まりたいと思っています。ハノイ・ロイヤル・プレミアムホテルでの滞在の一瞬一瞬を楽しみました。

The hotel was authentic with Vietnamese design. The staff was extremely friendly, helping us arranges taxi’s, and providing us with a list of popular Vietnamese dishes with recommended restaurants and serving us a delicious breakfast. The room was wonderful. The hotel provided everything for a city trip. We were even able to take a shower after check out. Cooling down after a day in the city before we took the night train to Hue.

Lovely boutique hotel in the middle of the old town. Lovely room with a small balcony. Good restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic eateries on the doorstep including the Bun Cha right next door.

The staff were so welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful with advice regarding places to eat, money exchange, tours etc. The rooms were very quiet in the evenings and breakfast was abundant, catering for all different tastes. Location was perfect and we were able to walk to most of the significant sites and markets. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower water was strong. Toilet with automatic button to operate really very nice. It was in the heart of Old Quarters, so a lots of things to do there, and it was also at a walkable distance from the different tourist attractions. The rooms were also very well maintained and the staff was absolutely lovely.

Great location to travel around and experience Hanoi, SUPERB staff who always went above and beyond, even when we weren’t staying at the hotel anymore, they were always there to help - Anna, and all of the Royal Premium Team are amazing people, and a stay at this Hotel for the service alone is already justified. However, Rooms are also beautiful and clean. We would always return and recommend it highly.

A VERY well managed property. Any issue I brought up was handled immediately. The front desk staff was responsive without being overbearing. And the breakfast buffet was good. The hotel has not too many rooms so the elevators are quick and there's never a wait for any service. I'll return here for sure and recommend it to friends.

Unfortunately the mattress was very uncomfortable (it felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring) and the shower didn't drain well - we had to stop the water throughout our showers to prevent it from leaking all over the bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel in Hanoi. The location is ideal for exploring the Old Quarter, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and other key attractions. The service was exceptional, with special thanks to ĐA and Ms. Anna at reception for their fabulous warm and attentive assistance. Nothing was any bother to them. All their recommendations were super. Room comfortable, clean and great shower. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, making each morning a delight. Location in the Old Quarter Staff treated us like family Many thanks to Miss Anna who gave very helpful and reassuring advice on day and overnight trips, as well as information on Vietnamese culture. She and all the receptionists were most welcoming and helpful and interested in our welfare as were the breakfast staff , room cleaning team and bellboys. They are all an asset for the hotel.

It’s not a fancy hotel, and there are certainly ones that have better lobbies (etc) in Hanoi but if you want a basic clean room then the hotel is good. The lower floors are noisy at the front of the hotel (premium rooms). The upper floors less so. The staff are all lovely.

We loved the location of this hotel, easy access to Walking street around the lake and the night markets. The staff were wonderful and couldnt do enough for us. The rooms were spacious( we had a balcony room) and breakfast in the adjoining restaraunt was great.

10/10 for everything. First off, the hotel is perfectly located, right in the old quarter, near everything (markets, restaurants, stores, etc). The staff is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so nice and thoughtful. They all speak great English so the communication is very easy. Room was nice and a patio is, everything was clean. They offer laundry that was ready in just a few hours. The breakfast buffet is so various with sweet and savoury, hot and cold and also soup and eggs on demand. We had to check out at 12pm but they let us leave our luggages until 10pm and even let us have a shower. I wish we had stayed longer because I can only say good things.
