Location was fantastic, staff were extremely helpful, kind and had great customer service. The room was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was great. We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel and spent far too much as we stupidly did not take up the hotels offer of taxi transportation, on our way back we did take the hotel taxi and it cost us a third of the price. Highly recommend that you take up the hotels offer as it is great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi.

The staff were amazing. Very helpful and sweet. The place of this hotel were perfect, around the corner to the big lake of Hanoi and in the middle of old town but on a minor road with not too much traffic compared to the rest of the caotic old town. Food was amazing as well.
