Had an amazing stay with super friendly staff. The Pho Ga for breakfast was delicious and coupled with the tourist tips from Anna (the best coffee and local shopping) it made for a great visit to Hanoi.

We had an excellent stay at Royal Premium ! The location cannot be beat - walking distance to many attractions and cafes and restaurants. Jenny, Anna and the rest of the staff were all exceedingly helpful and even helped us book transportation to and from the airport. Next time we are in Hanoi we will stay at Royal Premium!
