Great location on King's Bay

This is essentially an up market motel in a great location on the bay. Rooms are comfortable and the pool and sitting areas great. Has a new tiki bar plus a company that runs boat trips to swim with manatees, kyaks hire, etc. Everyone is friendly. Can easily walk to a variety of restaurants. The only let down is the breakfast bag which they would probably be better not doing in my opinion.

Front desk was very nice. The room and overall property was not in the condition I expected being affilated with Wyndham. The shower would not drain, the toliet rocked, the smell was awful. Not enough parking. Its a ran down older motel with paint and newer, not comfortable beds and basic furnishings.

Great place ina beautiful environment. Was there on a weekend with a room over the tiki bar. Lots of music and partying fisherman. I love all those things (except when I’m trying to sleep). Very fun and well kept. Definitely the best hotel in town.

Convenient hotel for staying in Crystal River

The hotel was adequate and clean, and the staff was excellent and very responsive. I wouldn’t call this resort but rather a two star hotel with a small pool. We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast that the hotels.com site says comes with the room… breakfast is a bag with a small water and apple and a wrapped muffin like you would get from a vending machine.

This was a very family friendly place to stay. We loved that it had a pool, was in the water and had a cafe on site. They also offer bagged breakfasts which was really nice. The room was nicely decorated.

The location is very good. It’s right on the water and close to bars and restaurants. The bad …room with 2 beds … beds are very small…tiny TV. It’s like an old motel and put lip stick on a pig. Toilet rocks back and forth. AC took all night to cool the room. There are no curtains and the wood shutters let in so much light all through the night it was hard to sleep. And to believe Wyndham charges 30000 points a night for this and calls it a trademark collection property. What a shame. June 2025

The Lodge description was misleading. Implies waterfront rooms availble-- most expensive room overlooks mowed grass. Suite had had very poor furnishings and bed. Full breakfast was a muffin, fruit bar and small water bottle in a bag. VERY disappointing for a Wyndham property.

This property was amazingly nice and clean. The housekeeping kept the rooms very clean and well stocked with hygiene items, towels, and coffee supplies. Everything is within walking distance from the pool, tiki bar for drinks, restaurants and gift shops. Also the beds were very comfy. I would definitely come back to visit again.

This property was very nice. It was in a great location. The new Tiki Bar and the pool area are a great addition and the water adventures building will be fabulous when it is complete. This was an older hotel but they have kept it nice. I would suggest sprucing up the bathrooms and upgrading to queen beds instead of full. The staff at every part of this facility was wonderful. They were all very friendly and willing to assist in any way that they could.
