The description says the room sleep five and I called the hotel to verify and was told there was a sleep out couch. However, when I arrived, the room only had two double beds and no sleep out couch. I was told none of their rooms had sleep out couches and they were sorry for the misinformation, but they could not do anything to correct it.

The heat did not work. Room did not get warmer than 54 degrees. There was no phone in room to call front desk so you physically had to go to office to request but by that time it was just as easy to leave. Checked in at 12:30 am left by 5:30 am. Asked for refund was told I would get one but never did.
