The property location was perfect. Beautiful view. Near village square. The complimentary shuttle was convenient. The room was spacious and clean. If you are adults traveling without children, the pool area is filled with families and small children. For the size hotel, the pool was very small and not enough lounge chairs to accommodate. The servers weren’t very attentive and the bar took quite some time to finish an order.

Service was great by the pool. Rooms were clean. Transportation to downtown was great! However the front desk gave our room to another guest. While in our room dressing our door was opened by another guest entering our room. Very concerning and we were shocked beyond. The manager said she couldn't discount our room as it was purchased through Expedia. We left feeling unsatisfied with our experience.

The hotel is well appointed and has a beautiful, serene ocean view. The pool and hot tub are very inviting. The room is comfortable. Great shower and water pressure. The breakfast is good but the service was incredibly slow - we waited over 1 hr 15 mins. The price point is definitely on the high side for this type of resort.

Everyone was professional, polite friendly, helpful and informative. Room was nice rugs very clean linen perfect mattress comfortable good in room coffee new less plastic k cups. I had an ocean frount view room It was great this hotel is w in walking distance of the ferry to Nova Scotia. Yes it’s worth the money there is a shuttle bus to take you to the village green so you can drink and ride. It runs every 15 mins w the last bus out at 10p

This was a quick and easy stay. Doorman helped with all of our luggage. Hotel and room were clean. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub but both were nice. They have chairs to sit by the bay at night and the boats in the water give good ambiance.
