If you are a diver this might be the place for you, but otherwise don’t bother. Poor selection of food, buffet was across the street from the hotel, and generally old and worn down facilities. For a Wyndham I expected more updated facilities, cleaner rooms, and a shower that didn’t leak. It was about 10 minutes walking distance to downtown and they offered some nightly entertainment that was so loud it could be heard in all the rooms. An outside light was on until after 10, lighting up the room without a need to have the lights on as there were no darkening window coverage. Employees were polite and helpful which probably made the only positive about the stay at this resort.

Excellent location to walk to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Staff is very kind and friendly. Rooms are good, they are cleaned daily. Pool is big and clean. Food at the hotel is good as well. It’s buffet and they have decent options. Snorkeling off the beach area is pretty amazing.

Location is everything. Our divers get picked up on our dock, walking along the water way to dinner and shopping. The staff is very good when you need something. The pool I believe is the largest on the island. Plus they have a snorkeling beach area in front of the hotel.

This is the 7th time we have stayed at this property. We originally went for our divers convenience. Now we really enjoy so much more. The staff, the largest pool on the island, a beach, open air restaurant on the water, walking and shopping, dining all in our area.

Please put the dressers back into the rooms. Not very happy with no where to put your clothes when you have 2 or more persons in a room you have to live out of your suitcase :/

An easy walk to downtown! At times I felt like security was showing up and watching everybody almost too closely. It just felt like they were really on to people even our friends who came to visit the property with us they wanted to know where their bands were on their arms. The furniture in the lobby area is really shabby and not very comfortable really just kind of cheap. The only place there's air conditioning is the closed bar and/or the rooms Entertainment was okay and the concierge service Alexis was really helpful. The wait staff and all of the dinner waiters and waitresses were just awesome. I give them a thumbs up. I would stay here again

Service was slow, seemed as though there were not enough staff. Food selection was very odd at times (mashed potatoes and hamburgers for breakfast). Rooms were clean, yet lacked a place to store clothes, aside from limited closet space. Our group is considering a new place next year.

Pro's: Property was nice & in great location for no noise, but a quick trip to town. Pool was awesome. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had great selection. Lunch & dinner was okay. Con's: Room didn’t have air conditioning & it was very humid. Seen mold on sheets. Bring a wash cloth. Bathroom was not in best condition. We think? the toilet was leaking & keeping the floor wet. Tub was not clean.

We have been coming to this hotel off and on for 20 years, I think it is the best all inclusive deal on the island and the fact that downtown is walkable saves a lot on cab fare, the staff is superb, the quality of food has declined the past two years but it is still acceptable

We felt safe and enjoyed being able to walk places. We paid for an upgraded room with jacuzzi and was disappointed that there was no hot water to the tub so we couldn’t use it. The good was okay, breakfast was our favorite.

Stayed here many times;15 or 20 since the 1990`s (Fiesta Inn) Overall we like this property and may return. There is room for improvement. We have many of the same complaints as other folks. No water! Room lock-outs twice! Food was top notch. Staff good. Perhaps I'm a bit easy on them due to old time's sake?

The good was just okay. It wasn’t a priority for me though so I was ok with that. Affordable scooter rental was very welcome. The staff were very engaging and fun around the pool. The massage staff was also great.
