Just a room.

I wanted to try this non-chain hotel. It’s fine. Interesting concept but the room we had didn’t have any character-it’s just a plain hotel room. Probably a bit more run down than the chain hotels around us. Nice list of restaurants compiled for guests. A bit of street noise.

Out of the ordinary, in a good way.

It is a fun place to stay with every room having a popular culture theme. The front desk employees I encountered were very nice and helpful and everything was clean. It is an older property, butI would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is adorable with lots of curious 50 / 60 / 70's themed stuff. We ended up with the mini little house that has a full kitchen. A couple of drawbacks. I thought this place had a pool. My kid was very disappointed that it did not. The breakfast is just ok. They need more protein options. Hardboiled eggs would be a great addition.

I loved this motel. It was just the type of motel that makes road trips fun. The rooms were super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the decor was great. Also enjoyed the outdoor area. Loved being able to sit in the shade at the tables in the center area. Our dog enjoyed the mini dog park where we could take him off leash. Cannot recommend this motel enough. Hope to stay there again.

This is a fun, quirky property, but at the end of the day it is a basic motel. It suited my needs for an overnight stay. I was a little disappointed in the room decor. I expected more decorations fitting the theme. Most of the decor seemed to be pictures hung on the wall that somewhat related to the theme of the room.

Cute concept but needs updating and better cleaning. Our shower walls were dirty with red soap scum and mold. The hot water handle was loose. There were multiple broken floor tiles in the room. Breakfast was nothing special not sure what others thought was great. It was some pastries, toast items, cereal and frozen items like waffles, burritos and sausage pancake sticks. We tried to eat but the lack of protein options caused us to stop shortly down the road trip for food. It was a great price but I just wish it was a little better condition. We are split on whether we’d return as the beds were comfy
