It took about 30 minutes to check in. They didn't have our reservation correct, the rooms were unavailable as well. I had to talk to three different people about the payment because two of our six rooms were on a different payment. I even wrote down how it should be charged and they still have it wrong today! One room door wouldn't lock or shut. We asked for the person on duty to check it, he never did. Another room didn't have a working heater. Another room had the hot and cold mixed around in the shower.

The check in took over 30 minutes. They didn’t have the reservation correct. And didn’t have the rooms we booked available. One door wouldn’t shut or lock. I talked to three people about how the rooms should be booked under what credit card and they still got it wrong!

This place is awful. Arrived and the place was so dirty. The windows are disgusting! Then I go to check in and they gave away my room. Said they tried to run my card and it didn’t work. So they just cancelled it. No call, no message, no email, nothing!! And they had no more rooms available so they couldn’t help me. Well interesting. I was under the pay upon arrival and they ran my card before I arrived. Interestingly there was a tournament in town that day. All rooms were going for way more than what I paid. Guess what my card worked just fine for the expensive room we ended up at instead somewhere else. Probably for the best after seeing the inside of this place!! Gross and unethical behavior!

I want to say the desk clerk working was very nice and professional. The carpet looked like it was newer and the linens were clean. The room smelled nice. BUT, all of the furniture was old, torn, stained, dirty. The lamp shades were supposed to be white, were yellowed and had black mold spots along with dust. The toilet bowl was stained yellow. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. It’s ok for the short overnight trip we had planned, but would not recommend a family stay or longer than an overnight trip. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was covered with wood. A lot of potential, but definitely needs upgrades and attention.

We stayed for 2 nights, my daughter and i were on a girls trip! The room was nice, we had a jacuzzi tub in it which looked run down but worked okay, my daughter loved it! The breakfast was good, i really liked the biscuits and gravy! The pool was freezing cold, and didnt get warmer at all until your body was just too numb to notice! The hot tub was boarded up which was disappointing. When we first checked in we had to wait about 15 minutes until someone finally came to the front desk. We had rung the bell probably 10 times waiting a few minutes in between. The guy was very nice but seemed like he may have also been cleaning rooms. So staff may be an issue. Over all it was a very pleasant stay!

Staff was unpleasantly rude. They have a $100 deposit which in the posted sign has $50 and on booking website both theirs and third party no deposit is said to be. Did not stay the night as the employee wanted to argue over said so and decided to go elsewhere. Unpleasant and overall terrible experience.

we got stuck during a snowstorm and our plans were shot. it didn't matter, we stayed inside and drink hot chocolate and played cards in front of the fireplace. nice staff, they kept the sidewalks clean and offered a clean broom to clean off our vehicle. it was a win win.

The first room had a mouse tha had chewed open the coffee and left a trail across the table. The second room had plumbing issues and the lock on the door deactivated the key each time. Our room had not been vacuumed and the screen on the window was ripped. The cable tv kept going in and out. The reservation was for 2 nights. We stayed one.
