For it being a motel we did not have high expectations but the lack of cleanliness made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The floor was visibly dirty, leftover food in the microwave, etc. It made me question whether the bedding was clean or not due to the lack of attention with the rest of the room. Was very noisy at night and beds were uncomfortable.

Good communication comfy and clean!

Super short stay got in very late! Easy retrieval for room key. Great communication! Comfy bed and it was clean! Got in at 10pm left by 6:15am for ferry out of booth bay! Very convenient and close to where i needed to be! Thank you

We had a great time staying at the Flagship Hotel. It was clean and updates. The breakfast was amazing! All the staff was friendly and professional as well. I highly recommend it.

Good value for good comfort

A characterful and comfortable motel with a nice outdoor space that faces a preserve. Convenient location next to a grocery store and walking distance to the bay. My only complaint was that I was only getting about 5mbps through the wi-fi.

Friendly staff, large pet relief area but no bags, rooms clean but mattresses a little stiff. Pillows nice, water pressure great, nice hot water. Walls thin…heard neighbors tv.
