For one the staff is rude and very strict on their policies. They don't even allow service animals which should be actually against the law because some people actually need their animals.

It was a scam

We were told they needed $40 in cash for amenities and we didnt have any cash. And the room was non refundable, so we lost all we had paid and no room. It was a scam

They did not let me stay. I did not have cash for a deposit, That was hidden somewhere in the agreement. I had to stay at another hotel. I will be deleting the “hotels.com” app.

The property was nice and clean and the quality of the motel is what you would expect to pay twice as much as the cost. I was pleasantly surprised as it was so nice for an economy motel. I would highly recommend it.

Room was clean and inexpensive. Didn’t spend much time in the room so not having amenities did not matter. Inn is located in a great location. There are several grocery stores within 5 minutes. We spent a weekend there exploring Burgess Falls and other falls around and we had a great time.

The hotel makes your put a $40 cash deposit for the room. This was not mentioned at the time I booked the hotel. The shower tub and room was dirty. (Dirty walls) Problem 2. Hotel management stated that I had only paid $35 for the deposit when in fact I had a receipt from their atm. Management argued and were adamant that I had only paid $35. I then had to show her where my name and room number was listed in their receipt notebook for the amount of $40. This lady went back and forth with me. Unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN. Not worth the price.
