We rented a cottage. Our door stopped working and locked us out with all our belongings inside. For the price, the cottage needs to have the furniture cleaned and walls painted. It took 1.5 hrs to get a drink at the pool, despite being told ten minutes. I had to walk to the restaurant (that wasn’t busy) to ask for our order. The frozen drinks were sitting there melted. Bartender tried to hand me 5 drinks to carry back myself- after paying $100 for watered down drinks, delivery, convenience fee, and tip. Our wristbands deactivated more than once. We were told check out was at 11, but we could stay and use amenities for the day. Our wristbands deactivated between pools, with our belongings locked in another area. Baby wipes in the bottom of the pool. All pool bars closed despite being listed as open on website. Overall, pretty disappointing.

Pricey but I get it. It’s a resort and we didn’t have much choice with a competition going on at conference center. We enjoyed the resort. Pretty messy with trash around pool areas but all in all, a nice experience.

25th anniversary stay on par

We were to check in at 4 and our room was not ready until 6. One of the 3 elevators was not working, which caused major delay in getting around the hotel timely. You didn't have much choice but to pay for valet parking.
