The property was great. Friendly staff. The phone in the room wasn’t working. No one said anything about that but the staff was aware at checkout. The room was ‘cleaned’ but bed was not made. Ironing board was not folded. Towels were replaced but bath mat was taken and not replaced. Coffee/sugar was not restocked. Cups were. Bathroom was not cleaned. Restaurant on the roof was amazing. Valet were very helpful and friendly. Location was great to walk down to Broadway. Front desk at check in and check out was wonderful as well.

This was a solo trip. My stay was exceptional!! The room was amazingly clean and the shower was great!!! I just wish I could have stayed one more day. The staff was nice and professional!!! It was in a great location. I will be back!!!!

Simply Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. No complaints, nice room that was clean accompanied by lovely views. Great location and the staff were excellent. Very welcoming and inviting place. The roof bar was a nice vibe with a lovely view as well. If I’m in Columbus again, we will be staying at the Indigo.
