Everything was pretty much standard for a chain hotel. Facilities were clean and up-to-date. Breakfast buffet was as expected, with a bit more to choose from compared to a Holiday Inn Express. The staff at breakfast was great. Staff at check-in were mixed--one okay, one didn't seem like he wanted to be there.

First impression with front desk was lacking. Checked in around 4.30 to 5, given room and 4 or 5 cleaning staff were sitting in the room. Not a big deal but seems like front should know when rooms were available.

Staff was nice and accommodating. My mom had eye surgery and was required to sleep upright. They let us have a more comfortable chair from the lobby. Maybe they will get some recliners in the future for people who stay there when they have eye surgery.

So convenient to the interstate. So many medical around it is great to see the extended stay area. The atmosphere was relaxing. The hotel was so comfortable and relaxing that we laterally checked out at the last minute. We just sat and read and enjoyed coffee.

Great stay, clean and comfortable, nice amenities.

This was a last-minute stay for one night. The staff was friendly, room extremely clean, comfy bed, black out shades were great, pool area very clean, breakfast had lots of options (sausage, eggs, fruit, pancakes, waffles, etc). Our deluxe king room had a ton of space, nice desk area, sofa, and small kitchenette. Great place, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
