Room was great. Staff very polite and friendly. Everyone smiling. Management informed us of changes for the holidays with plenty of notice and notices given in multiple ways. It is awesome for management to honor and respect staff so much to give additional time off for the holidays. Breakfast was great. Spacious eating area and serving area. Super clean. Relax hour was added bonus. Pool and gym area clean and operating well. Best hotel stay ever, and we travel a lot. We overheard someone else saying the exact same thing.
