Great value! Welcoming staff :)

Old refurbished property with a unique outdoor/patio style. Robin the receptionist was super welcoming and diligent. Lots of courtyard space, it fell cozy and safe. They offer a wine social 5:30-7:00 pm, that was a nice thing. The gardens and building are well maintained. The rooms could use a carpet, sofa, and bed cover update. Our bed was comfortable, the A/C was very powerful and the water pressure and temperature was incredible. The kitchen had the minimally needed supplies, although we did not cook. The floors and carpet could use a deep cleaning, however the bathroom was impeccable. The breakfast had enough variety of items, although the only hot option was the waffles. The property doesn't have any adjacent business just a real large grass field to walk your pet, maybe that helps with the quietness. One of the pet stations was out of bags, but the surrounding area was clean. Despite it being motel style (outdoor hall) it was very quiet. It is well located when passing through or visiting this town. We will definitely stay here again when visiting.

Really nice place, needs a little update on somethings in room, and if on 2nd floor alittle Hard with stairs to get luggage up, but overall is nice & great price

The area was safe and very clean. It was an older motel, but was maintained very well. It could use some touch ups on painting, but that is it. We will definitely stay here again. The staff was very welcoming.

The room was very clean, staff was very courteous and friendly. The only thing I wasn’t happy about, was that the waffle mix had gone bad. It had a sour taste. Other than that, everything else was wonderful!

The staff are nice, but the hotel is run down. Furniture that was not changed or updated for decades. Rusty fridge and wobbly closets. The carpet should have been changed 10 years ago. No elevator is available. Would not stay there again.

We stayed here prior since we had an early flight to catch. It was a nice older hotel so we decided to stay here again. Both times the front clerk was extremely helpful and friendly. The only request I’d make is to have more bath products available. On our recent stay, we had three adults in our 2-bedroom suite but just one really tiny bath gel tube. We asked the front clerk for two more and she was very accommodating.

Loved the atmosphere of the property. The outside area was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Stephanie even went so far as to find activities in the area for us. Breakfast was adequate. The room was okay. The sofa was in poor shape. The bed was comfortable. Overall, a little refresh would be good. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The shower area had mold and a good dusting would help.

This location is fantastic. Its close to restaurants and stores but far enough away to still be quiet and relaxing. Only a 5-10 min drive to campus.

COLD

Heat boiler does not come on early enough to keep room warm in the evenings. There used to be a space heater in each room for use as necessary. Not anymore.
