The room needs new carpeting, and the bathroom floor tiles were loose. Cleaning of the furniture, floors, refrigerator, and microwave was very poor. Breakfast was the same every day and needs improvement. I booked an accessible room expecting a walk-in shower but found a bathtub instead. When I asked about it, the staff member explained that I had selected an accessible room; I may have confused a regular room with an accessible one. Despite these issues, the staff were very cooperative and courteous.
