The young lady check us in was outstanding. She did every thing she could make us feel welcome. Very informative and helpful even going so far running over and pushing call button on elevator seeing our hands were full. Remind us to call on her if we needed anything.

We requested a room with a walk in shower not a bath tub. My wife also called the property directly a few days before our arrival and spoke to the front desk to confirm our request. To our surprise the room didn't have the walk in shower and we went to the front desk and she found our request in the note but was unable to put us in a room with the walk in shower. Also our room had a bad smell so we opened the door and the window to try and air it out but the bad smell never went away. It sorta smelled like they were using a deodorizer to cover up a smoke smell. We stayed here a few month ago and our room was fine and that is why we decided to try it again. Next time we will spend more to stay in a more updated property.

The King Suite room we stayed in is just how it looks in the photo - beautiful, modern, and spacious, and clean! My 14 year old traveling with me thought it was the coolest and nicest room! I loved the kitchenette. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in this town - we have a couple of upcoming trips in the next few months.
