The room was sufficient. The heat seemed inaccurate to the temperature setting, as it felt way too hot even when set to, for example, 64F. The shower door handles were loose. The plastic mattress protector is off-putting, if necessary. Freezer door impacts the light switch when opening and closing it.

This it the worst hotel the lady Estrell the AGM was rude and refused my service because I booked on a 3rd party hotel she said she had no more rooms when it was 5 available rooms, and lied and said she didn’t have house keeping , then said the room was already booked and wasn’t she discriminated against me and my family, and the Gm Ashley refused to come out to explain, it also was another lady name Brittany that worked at the Virginia wood suites, she was of no help never stay here, they clean every 2 weeks and don’t give u towels or tissue paper
