They had totally messed up all the billing charged us more than they should have.My son got burnt on the Waffle.Maker, and they told us to go down to the store to get help.Did not even care or concern about my 9-year-old.Getting burnt on their equipment extension cords running everywhere during breakfast

Maybe I booked the wrong room, but it smelled like it had been smoked in and was deodorized to mask it. Additionally, the shower was stained and discolored in the caulk and grout lines. Breakfast did not start until 7, so I was only able to have a cup of coffee before I had to leave.

I don't generally give 5 stars, but the front desk was very nice and helpful. I did nock a star off of cleanliness because when I took a shower, there was a wash cloth already on the shower curtain from the previous person. Otherwise, it was pleasant as always. And I will stay there again.

Needs hand holds in the bathroom tub! Hairdryer didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it or wouldn’t get us another one to use. The staff helpful with directions. We had to ask for clean towels and washcloths our second day there.

Not Fancy but Did the Trick

The bed was comfortable (not as hard as many hotel beds), the breakfast was typical, but my husband was disappointed that there were no biscuits for the gravy, only English muffins.
