There was a motorcycle group that came in and parked one bike in every parking spot that could’ve at least park two motorcycles in one spot and they took one for each motorcycle, you might ask them to park two bikes in one stall

Very clean, nicely updated, comfortable bed and super convenient- short walking distance to downtown, restaurants and Buffalo Bill Center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s short a star because the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors next door and above talking and moving around. Not great for light sleepers. Even with that we’d definitely stay again.

We unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with them and will never come back because of that. They checked us in and we unpacked all our stuff and went on to check out the town. It seems that the hotel accidentally gave us a nicer room and while we were out left a single voicemail to let us know that there was an issue with the room we were assigned to. We didn't hear it right away and called back as soon as we were sitting down to wait for our dinner reservation and had a quiet moment (probably 30min later?). We called back immediately and the lady on the phone said, oh no worries we fixed the problem and moved your stuff to another room. We were like, you went into our room, touched all of our personal items?! We cancelled dinner and went right back to the motel and they didn't seem phased at all that this is a big no no in hospitality!!! You never enter a room without permission and especially never touch anyone's items without consent! They touched our toothbrushes, personal items, clothes, meds, suitcase, food, my personal pillow, our laptop, travel documents... my sleep clothes, dirty laundry... You can imagine how violated we felt in that moment. If they had tried to call us 2-3 times more, I'm sure we would have heard it eventually, there was no effort made to reach us after the first voicemail. Now we noticed that an item is missing, we couldn't retrieve it anymore since the room was still occupied.

We loved our stay at Moose Creek! LOCATION IS 👌👌! Walkable to downtown Cody, Irma Hotel, shops and local food. When we checked in, the associate at the front desk walked us through the most popular dining, shopping, and entertainment in the area. She even gave us some great local tips! They upgraded us to a corner suite that was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were super comfy w/lots of pillows and blankets. Our room was very clean. The bathroom could use some updates, but it was clean and served our needs well.

Excellent property. The room was very clean, with a pleasant smell. The room was also spacious and it had a desk and a love seat to rest. The property also has a heated pool. The pool room was also very clean. My daughter really enjoyed the pool. The lodge is located in a charming town and it's less than two hours away from Yellowstone. I would definitely stay there again.

Overpriced for the condition. Bathroom needs a complete remodel. Bad shower head. Bed was comfortable. Window air conditioning. I’d expect to pay $110 not $198 for such a room.

Great location and walkable to stores, museum, and restaurants. Parking was limited and we had to park in the street. Room was clean and adequate. Staff at check in was very friendly, helpful and courteous. He gave us hints and tips on what to see in the area and what to do for best seating at the rodeo. However two other occasions we went to the office desk and nobody was there. Myself and another person waited over 15 minutes for someone to come and even tried to call the hotel phone number. The other time, we just left and didn’t wait. Room was noisy- could hear everything from room next door even at 1:30 AM.

We (party of 6) absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Brenda was super helpful and during check-in. The pool was an added plus. Hotel is walking distance form lots of things in Cody. Perfect stop on our way to Yellowstone.

It’s old, small and did not have breakfast. There is not a space for breakfast and it was built a long time ago. But it was comfortable, had a comfy bed and nice hot shower. It was close to all the things to do in Cody. Most importantly, the staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. Brenda checked us in making us feel welcome, Petra come on duty later and also was warm and welcoming. I would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed in a suite with our three children. We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very convenient to shopping, food, etc. My kids enjoyed the pool as well. The room was very clean and the only negative we had was there was no iron or ironing board. Make sure to visit the rodeo!

Great accommodating staff, clean comfortable room, and lots of restaurants and souvenir shopping near by. I loved being able to add a tip for housekeeping to my bill instead of having to come up with cash. I wish more hotels offered that option.
