The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Being a little bit picky, I do believe that the hole in the bathroom wall next to the soap dispenser should be repaired. For these prices that just doesn’t cut it!

We stayed here prior to our cruise on Jan 23 and everything was fantastic! We returned on the 29 after our cruise. Our room was not well cleaned with coffee on the counter, dirt marks on the bathroom floor, and a dirty shower. The main elevator didn't work this time but thankfully there was another elevator accessed from outside. Staff was friendly.

Staff we friendly and the amenities were great! The room was clean despite reading other reviews that discussed cleanliness issues. View from balcony was great! We were automatically charged a $10 fee for parking that wasn't mentioned at check -in. I called when we got home because of the additional charge. It was removed after telling them we didn't have a car.
