3 bedroom condo in cocoa beach

With no stairs and direct access to the beach while getting the ocean view, this is your next Cocoa Beach rental. Our family enjoys it very much and we are happy to share with others looking to enjoy the quiet, but centrally located, side of Cocoa Beach. This first floor 3 bedroom apartment was recently renovated and is open and bright throughout. Seeing the views to the ocean from the kitchen through to the living room and front bedroom. With easy access to beach toys, chairs and even a cart to tow it all and hold your drinks, can be found in the double car garage that comes with the apartment. Literally just steps from the back patio to an ocean oasis from the ground floor makes it easy for back and forth to the beach. The nice breeze from the ocean gets direct to the patio to enjoy the ocean off the sand. A long kitchen table is positioned to view both the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset peaking through the kitchen window over a great dinner. Kitchen is well equipped and we hope you will enjoy the complementary coffee and espresso with a premium Nespresso coffee machine located in the kitchen. The unit also has a regular coffee maker. The living room area opens direct from the kitchen and dining area making the apartment a full open concept from entryway to the beach access double doors. The master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and a full bathroom along with large space for an office area or for a workout space (that’s what we do!). All bedrooms have smart TVs for entertainment. The 2nd bedroom is bright and spacious with a queen bed and a daybed twin and a Hide-away bed for kiddos. The 3rd bedroom serves as a second living room but easily converts to a private bedroom where a guest can Sleep soundly on the 4" foam mattress free from uncomfortable bars and springs. You won’t believe it’s a sofa. The condo is also just steps to the community pool that is very underpopulated if you need a break from the beach.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

Beach getaway

Awesome first floor condo. Very nice community with pool and hot tub. Easy view of rocket launch and sun rise. Private beach. Includes all beach fun stuff. Nice size for four people.

Nice Condo in Cocoa

The condo was fairly represented in the photos and we were very comfortable. The bathrooms were fairly small. The location is close to food stores and restaurants. Access to the beach from the unit was very convenient. The owners were very responsive and helpful.

Great get away

Great get away with steps from the beach. Exit to the beach side is a big plus. Condo is also fairly large to fit a group of 6. Only downside was lots of seaweed on the beach / in the ocean.

Stacey & Dave……Perfect in all ways. Condo is as shown in photos but exceeds expectations upon entering. Sunrises and beach easy to enjoy when everything you need comes with the condo. Great area…quiet and close to everything you might need or want to do. Great location for teens to be able to walk to stores for their souvenirs and Starbucks. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Disgustingly dirty and worn

Property was in horrible condition. Dirty underwear found under couch, other dirty clothes found in bedroom, dirty food and cookie sheet in oven, and old food on cooking utensils, stove top and Oven mitts. closet doors off hinges, bathroom shower very dirty. The condo had unfinished construction work, paint splatter on kitchen countertop and coffee pot, unfinished drywall ceiling work above refrigerator and other locations. The furniture was very worn and dirty. Owners personal effects were not put away and in bathrooms and closets. Beach toys, chairs and sand was in main living room not as advertised in garage. My wife and I had allergic reaction in premises. We are Longtime VRBO users and travelers and have never left a bad review this by far is our worst ever VRBO experience.
