Pros: The cleaning staff would knock on the door to as if room service was needed. The room was clean. There is are two pools with a bar at one of them. The room did have a 50 inch TV with many viewing options. Cons: The property could use an update. The door was difficult to open and closed. I frequently had to check to see if the door was latched correctly. There were no working electrical outlets near the bed or night stand. There was lamps that has electrical plugs but they did not work. We had to plug our phones in the bathroom electric outlets near the sink. The walls are paper thin as I heard a man in the next room talking, snoring and coughing. You could hear other patrons walking with their suitcases throughout the day and night. The tabletop clock had to be reset several times as it frequently lose the correct time. I was unsure where it was plugged in as I couldn't move the bed to see. Another thing that I was not aware of is the joining rooms. Not just any joining rooms but three rooms connected. I just so happen to be in the middle room so I could connect to two separate rooms. I was not a fan favor of. Would I stay here again??? Probably!!! The cost was great for 1-2 day. Longer than that would require other options.

The reason for my two star review is because upon check-in they told us where our room was, and we could not get into it. It looked like it was locked from the inside, like someone was still staying in the room when we called the front desk to let them know what was going on. They acted like it was no big deal and said no one should be in the room so they sent a maintenance man to come and check it out after he came. He fixed the latch, which was loose on the door, which is what allowed the safety parameters to be good in the room to keep people out. Also, once we were in the room we noticed that the door looked like it had been pryed open several different times so we really didn’t feel safe.

The room is very rudimentary, old furniture and appliances, window cannot be opened, everything is showing its age. The breakfast is the worst I have seen anywhere. Very low quality items, over crowded. Unless, no other hotel is available, we cannot - in any good conscience - recommend this hotel.

Upon check in there were 3 people behind the desk, I walked up to the heavy set lady with glasses and her demeanor was not to help me so the younger gentleman assisted me while the heavy set man sat way in the corner looking. After receiving the room key we get to room #244, open the door and the horrendous smell of MOLD and MILDEW hit our noises, the curtains had mildew stains on them, it was humid and muggy in the room. My son started coughing and I couldn’t breathe in there. I immediately called the front desk and politely requested a different room. I received the keys for another room and this time it was a room that looked like on the website. Nice, clean and smelled good, so, you can see why I felt like blatant racism. We came to Cocoa Beach to really enjoy ourselves before the cruise, it started off wrong encountering these people. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location! Staff is always friendly, clean rooms, great breakfast plus amazing views. We also travel with our two dogs here multiple times a year, they love them and all the staff always spoils them.

Very happy with our stay. The lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful. Our room on the top floor had an amazing view of the ocean and we were able to watch the cruise ships go by. Easy beach access to a great beach. Ample parking (though $10/day). Breakfast was excellent with many different options. Everything was clean. Also the hotel is opposite a Publix Supermarket if you want to get something from there, plus there are a few dining options in the area as well. Only downside was a smoker in one of the rooms below and we could smell the cigarettes when he smoked on the balcony.

This was a very clean, safe and clean hotel. There were a lot of breakfast options and the breakfast area was very spacious. We loved that we were steps from the beach, the pier and the fact that we could walk to a grocery store. This is a great location for families as they have grills and yard games. We'd stay here again if ever in the area

The breakfast last yesr was GREAT!!! This year is was slack, there wasnt a variety to choose from. No bacon, turkey sauage or bacon, and no scrambled eggs. The staff was very friendly❤️. Didnt have a balcony room this time.
