Dirt in hallways. There was a sock that laid in the hallway on day 1 and was still there day 2. Our TV was not working, went to call front desk to find our phone was not working either. Had to call from our own cell, they said they would come up to fix it. Waited 30 minutes and said screw it and went to bed. When speaking to staff, he was pleasant.

Room very old and worn down. Towels weren’t clean, remote not in the room. my bar of soap had a dead fly on the bar when i walked in the room. no remote for tv. asked for a remote and they dropped one off that still didn’t work the tv. no temperature control in room. cold all night with just 2 sheets on the bed.
