Great stay. Friendly staff at check in. It was very quiet around the immediate hotel. Close (walking distance) to a shopping center. The mattress decent, but a little “squish” or spongy feeling. It was not firm. Pillows are terrible. I had to use all of them to get comfortable. Looks to be an older property, so it wasn’t updated in any way. Plenty of towels and soaps in the bathroom. The AC worked perfectly. No USB ports anywhere in the room. That could be updated. Breakfast included. It tastes okay. Nothing spectacular. HOWEVER, unable to bring back to your room and eat privately without having to pay extra. Ridiculous. There’s got to be a way that they can offer guests the ability to bring food to their room without having to charge. The “wait staff” was extremely unpleasant. At check out, the receptionist was on a personal phone call and tried to check me out at the same time. Kind of off-putting to have to listen to someone’s personal call. Very unprofessiona.

Warning!!!!!!! This is a fema welfare MOTEL, not a decent, inexpensive hotel. Nothing went right from the beginning. I am assuming that we were put in the 3 rd party paying with our hard earned money room. Across from the laundry area where all the activities happen throughout the day. Door to room was stuck more times than it opened. Tried to get help at front desk. The person in charge for the evening was in her car??? Had requested a handicap room. Wouldn't move us and my husband can't step up for a shower. Asked 2 times and was told the handicap room was "having pictures " taken in them. It is definitely definitely not family friendly. A lot of construction workers/ fema/ welfare people. Never ever again. Beware.......

Loved everything about our stay with the exception of checkout. I got a text at 8am asking us when we were checking out 🙄 Checkout is at 11am. At 10:30 am, my husband came back to the room to get me after loading the truck and the key card for our room had already been deactivated. He couldnt get back in the building or the room. The lady at the front desk acted like she was aggravated when my husband went to the front desk to ask why his key card was deactivated already. The lady at check in was lovely, but our checkout experience was definitely not.

Room was amazing, but I wasn't advised of the $100 deposit prior to stay. The sink wouldn't drain so it over flooded while I was getting dressed. They completely upped the story and said it flooded all the way to downstairs to keep deposit I guess.

After trying to swap rooms due to my work truck being parked in the back of building, I was told that “everything is safe, multiple cameras are on location.” Will wake up and all my tools are gone, then after realizing I left my firearm in the room due to the police being called for a report, I was told nothing was turned in. $5000 worth of items gone.

I needed to cancel the 2nd night due to a time change at the event i was there for. Even though i called a few days before and made a request for a refund for the one night, it was refused. Also, this place is in need of an update. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it.
