This was a very relaxing stay. The in-hotel restaurant was perfect. No need to get out to find good food. The service was great, bed was super comfortable, and the room darkening shades really worked well. Breakfast was also included and was very good. I will definitely stay here again

The room type that we originally booked wasn’t available, so we were assigned a room with 2 queen beds instead of a room with a pull out couch. The front desk ladies were all very accommodating and gave us a coupon for 50% off at the hotel restaurant. The food at the restaurant was really good. Only other thing about our stay was the pool. The water was warm, but the temperature in the pool room was cold. It was probably about 65 degrees in the room, which is cold when you’re all wet. The kids were shivering when they got out of the water. But still we had a good stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, so that really made our trip enjoyable.

The room had a terrible artificial deodorant smell that caused my head to fill shortly after arrival. Two times during the night the fire alarms were set off and there was little to no direction from staff. I voiced my concerns to the staff in the morning and although they seemed to listen there was no offer to make it right. Very expensive for only a couple hours of sleep

I absolutely hate the sliding barn type doors for the bathroom there's a one inch gap so there's absolutely no privacy!!! Shower was dingy but the rest of it was clean. Friendly staff.
