The front office staff were not friendly and never smiled or said hello, thank you, etc. The hallway water distributor was unclean as well the microwave. The counter was dirty. No microwave in the room. In addition, the coffee maker in the room was very dirty and unclean. This was my second time staying at the hotel and I was very disappointed with my visit.

Staff was very friendly. Room was not the cleanest. Fridge didn't work and ruined valuable medicine. Housekeeper changed thermostat and room was a sauna when I returned from my conference on my second day at the hotel, no need to change it, I had it right where I wanted it and needed it for that night due yodie to preference and medical need.
