Booked my stay through Expedia and received a call from the property that they no longer had rooms available. I drove over ten hours to Cheyenne and only had a few hours left to arrive when I was told my reservation was canceled. The good thing I was able to contact Expedia and received a refund.

Reservation wasn't there when I arrived but from the looks of the place the added money on a nicer place was WELL spent. This place seems more like a place you would go to have a “good time” with a stranger if you catch my drift.

Horrifying! So dirty & gross I wouldn't stay. Window was cracked from top to bottom with a hole in it. SMALL room with very bad smell. Gross dirt all over the floor. The wall was covered with gross dirty smudges that had clearly been there a long time.The was the worst motel experience I have ever had!

The room was described to be a non-smoking room which I knew immediately was not true when I walked in. The room was very dirty with stains on the sheets, food stains on the night stand, and stains in the shower. Therefore my stay was very unpleasant especially with how bad the room smelled. I had a very difficult time sleeping and I ended up leaving early because of the smell and level of dirtiness. The only nice thing about my stay was how kind the staff were.

The kid at the front desk was a disgruntled annoying person who seems to hate his job. The whole place is full of dog $hit. Our room was filthy. Floors felt grimy and windows were filled with bugs and dirt.

Not the best

The room was not cleaned adequately prior to us arriving. The floor was filthy in several areas. There was a sticky substance on the counter by the bed. Like Syrup, soda or juice or something like that. Most of the staff was friendly and tried hard. I just don't think they had the resources available. Our first room was an occupied or dirty room. The hook ball lock was on so we couldn't go in but both beds were unmade. Every staff member I met with tried to be kind and helpful except for one. I saw the housekeepers cleaning. Most of the desk help tried to help where they could. One was rude. I didn't feel unsafe in the area. The hotel just wasn't very clean. Communication between staff was lacking from what i overheard from staff.
