Very clean and staff was very helpful.1 HOWEVER--there is no elevator in thehotel. The type room we booked was on the 2nd floor. VERY difficult to take luggage etc. up stairs considering my husband uses a walker. The staff member on duty was very helpful in helping us 3 senior guests getting all things up the stairs. In the AM we were on our own.

It was very good. Service was friendly and helpful. It was quiet and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good as well. My only complaint was the carpet in our room was filthy. I dropped a white wet washcloth accidentally then stepped on it. When I picked it up it was dark grey. The carpets needed a good steam cleaning.

Staff was very nice. I appreciate them putting my blue ice in their big freezer every night. The chair in our room was very uncomfortable. A nightstand in each side of the bed would have been great along with outlets. I like to read before going to sleep and having to get to and put my glasses on the other table was inconvenient. My husband used the other nightstand for his cpap.
