The convenience of the shopping mall with restaurants. There was plenty of parking without having to walk much to far from the hotel.

We like the convenience of the location & the free breakfast. We liked the pool but would have preferred that it was heated. We had connecting rooms but we found the rooms small & the bathrooms were also very small. The towels were very hard & notvery big. The air conditioner was noisy. The staff were very nice.

I liked the pool and was happy to hang out in the sun there. It was clean and I liked the options on the television, lots of channels. The breakfast was okay, there were lots of options but everything was plastic which I found upsetting and really bad for the environment. How can you offer only plastic throw away cups, plates, etc

I waited 5 minutes to be greeted. The bathroom was dirty. The doors were chopped and stained. The AC was loud. The outside door by our room didn’t shut properly which was a safety issue. People on our hallway were smoking inside, making the whole area smell. It rained, and nobody replaced the towels by the pool area. When the sun came out the next day, they were still wet. We will never stay there again. More expensive than it should’ve been.

Beds were comfy and the water pressure was great! That’s about it as far as positives. Very run down hotel. Dirty, chipped paint everywhere. The first room we got smelled so bad of mold we had to get another room(which I’ve never asked for a second room before) we are not picky but this place was dirty.
