There was no one at the front desk, seen more than one ROACH in my room, don’t care that it was out of date but it was DIRTY. Checked out in the middle of the night and they wouldn’t give me another room so I left and slept in my car

Smell of urine....on the carpet room. Water tap-not good type The toilet bathroom not securely fixed on the floor The refrigerator doesn't work properly-was changed with another after our complaint The attitude people was very taunting in the hotel and on the beach...and more challenging....

Save yourselves and never use Hotels.com

Hotels.com sucks! I messaged them in real time to say I felt unsafe. They said I will not get a refund. The staff member at the hotel couldn't even pull up my confirmation without me forwarding my confirmation. Which I also have proof of. When I was leaving she asked me why and I said I do not feel safe with all these intoxicated men all over the property watching me and listening to you give me my room.
