Horrible check in the lady gave me no instructions on where to go. Just said other side of the casino (Cherokee tower) I asked if she could show me where to park and she said I’ll see it and gave no further details. I drove around for another 20 minutes trying to find the garage/cherokee tower

Our room was dirty when we arrived! Trash under the sofa, furniture was dusty and need painting. The whole resort was dirty! Trash on the elevator floors Trash all around the lobby desk! We were at the pool early am and there were dirty towels from the night before all round the pool and empty drinks glasses! We were there for 2 nights and our trash was never empty and over flowing in our floor. Dirty towels piled up in the bathroom floor. We were told they didn’t clean the room until we checked out! We never saw 1 person cleaning any of the common areas! The resort really needs to do a lot more cleaning.
