We accidentally booked friday instead of Saturday. We contacted the hotel and explained the situation and asked if we could move it and pay whatever the difference was. They rudely said we had to contact expedia (we booked through hotels.com) I contacted hotels.com and tried to change the day. A notice popped up that this hotel had a no refunds change policy. So i had to pay for another night to move my already booked day back 24 hrs.. a week later, a snow storm blows in. We contact hotels.com and ask about a refund due to weather. The hotel did agree to refund us one of the nights, but not the other. Harrahs wouldnt have done that, and its right across the street. I would never recommend this establishment or hotels.com. If you proof of my claims, i will provide screenshots to anyone. Email me at hilldriggers@gmail.com Cherokee grand and hotels.com could make this right

We had to quickly move to the hotel because of the blizzard coming in and the staff was very accommodating. I booked 2 separate rooms and we were very pleased with all the facilities. They do offer a simple continental breakfast with bagels and such witch was fine with us.
