Do not book this hotel you will regret it.

Shower leaks water everywhere’s. Weird bugs all over floor in bathroom. Couldn’t get tv to come and work outdated tv for sure. Room was dirty looked like dried up vomit on bathroom trim. Linen didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Pool was closed by the time we got there and that was reason for us chossing this hotel. Not a good stay at all really should’ve just got a refund and went to a better hotel.

Not the greatest.

No housekeeping was done during my 4 night stay. When I inquired, I was told there was only 1 housekeeper for the entire hotel. When I asked to just be given fresh towels instead, I was told there were 0 clean towels.

We needed a dog-friendly hotel in the Chelsea area. Comfort Inn was close to the freeway and places we were visiting. The staff were friendly and ready to pet our maybe overly-friendly dogs (they want all the petting they can get!). We will be back the next time we need a place to stay in Chelsea.

The main reason we stayed at THIS hotel was due to the advertisement of a hot tub. The hot tub is “blocked off” unsafe, clumps of hair around pool area and in elevator. The toilet in the room ran constantly, door key cards needed reactivated daily. The Heat bulb in bathroom and main lamp did not work. When asked if the ice machine worked on the 3rd floor we’re told “hell no, just the main floor” by a staff member. I cannot believe I wasted my money on this hotel. The only reason we stayed the full weekend was because I already wasted my money

Poor area was dirty. Pool was freezing. They havexa 8.2 rating I dont know how. Pool in the picture is not what is there. There were no towels in the pool room. Glad i took my own. I didnt scroll all the way to last year when someone said the hot tub was closed. They could atleast ckean it up.

Not a bad stay.

Stay was good however a top reason for chosing this location was to use the pool. They had just topped off with water so for my 2 night stay I only went in once. Was just too cold. Bottom of the pool was also dirty. Advertised hot tub but it was not operable. Nice walk in shower but no shelving to put soaps. Used the floor. Ugh

we booked this thinking we could use pool and hot tub. come to find out hot tub been closed since October. we wont be back. the person {male} at night desk very good. the lady in am when checking out poor. the staff next to her went out to her car and was smoking pot. we are nor interested in any of this.

Its very dirty needs a face lift thats for sure. Was not worth the money they charged to stay there. I asked for a refund back. But of course there excuse is they couldnt because of third party. Which is wrong since i payed right at property. Also said i couldnt pay cash when i did check in. Same excuse. Also never let us know hot tub in pool area wasnt working either. Which if it would have been im sure we would.of not used it. Since the pool itself didn't look clean. Ice machine was gross. Cant believe anyone be proud to work there or stay there. *_*

Me and my boyfriend decided to do a little weekend getaway with our pup and I would honestly give it a 10/10!! The only downside was that the hair dryer didn’t work in our room but other than that it was a great stay for a good price !!
