Mold in the shower.Room smelled of pets.Water felt slimy like the softener was not adjusted properly. Shower door leaked all over the floor.Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and mattress had a deep sag in the middle.TV was tiny.Price was high considering the quality.

The area was quiet and the landscape was nice and well kept. The staff always welcomed us with a smile. The complimentary coffee was always clean, hot and well stocked. However, the breakfast was disappointing, less than the usual hotel breakfasts - meager offerings. The room walls need to be painted and the pillows were old, stained and the cases were dingy. The room was neat, but could have been cleaner (floor had not been vaccumed and bathroom floor not clean.

Rooms were clean .There was some repair needed on one wall . The breakfast was very good . Overall I was satisfied. The only thing that I complained about was the fact that I had a terrible time being able to find the entrance to the hotel . My GPS kept taking me all the way around the country side several times before I finally was able to figure out how to actually arrive therefore unless you get that fixed I will never stay at this hotel again .It was very scary travrling through the winding trails at night .

Comfortable and very clean hotel. It was a busy travel weekend and the hotel was nearly full but it was surprisingly quiet. All staff are friendly and helpful!

They were in the middle of doing renovations in the lobby area so when we arrived there were workers present and things like that around. There was no noise to be heard (beyond a lot of activity coming and going from the room across from us, but that is not the hotel's fault). We were very happy with our stay as we have stayed here before and will in the future.
