Pool was out of service the entire time we stayed and no discounts given. The elevator shook and was loud. Manager refused any discounts after staff told us to talk to the manager about the complaints.

Changing plans stay

I was to stay with family and my plans changed so I ended up having to stay a couple of days at La Quinta. It was a very nice facility very accommodating and they worked with me and my situation. I will be back.

My stay at this hotel was just fine—nothing great, but not terrible either. I was a bit disappointed because the pool could be cleaner and we could use more often during our stay but it didn’t happen because one time it was closed . The elevator makes a loud noise when going up, which made me nervous at first—I wasn’t sure if it needed repairs or if that was normal but the owner need to do something about it. The front desk staff at night wasn’t exactly rude, but she could have been friendlier. She never said “thank you” or anything, and she often seemed upset. The room was smaller than I expected, but the price was reasonable. On the positive side, the bathroom was nice, and the toiletries were from a good brand. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean and checking if we needed fresh towels, soap, and other essentials.

Location - good, price thru expedia - great, Large reason for booking here was indoor pool - but were told it was closed for pump repair after check-in. Huge disappointment - would have not booked here if it had been indicated on listing. Elevator makes a very concerning noise between 2-3 floor. No children channels offered on cable tv in room. Hotel is dated and repairs have been done to a lower quality but for a one night stay it will do.

We went to this facility to spend family time together and let the grandkids swim. When we checked in and asked where the pool was, we were not told that the pool was closed for maintenance. Clearly a nonstarter for us. Felecia Reid at the front desk saved our family time by reaching out to a sister facility in the area. My only complaint is that LaQuinta should have at the very least, provided a discount on the alternate location for the inconvenience l.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness of lobby and breakfast area were good and breakfast was very good. Cleanliness of rooms was not as good - items left by prior guest and stains and tears on sofa.

The room was clean. The bathroom had a bad odor, teied to run water in shower, but it disnt work. The bathroom shower needs to be caulked. There was black around where the caulk was, looked like mold. Teim in bayhroom could used replaced.

Not as good as the stay i had here last year. Front desk staff unprofessional and seemed to not want to be bothered. Even aaked me if i drive (to the hotel) because she wanted me to go get her some food... after my kids went swimming we put down wet floor signs because after going up to the 3rd floor and coming back down to find the water puddles still there i was worried someone would fall and it would be on my conscious.

When my daughter checked in they found a roach in thier room. They asked for a new room and were given a room with two queen beds instead of a king. This is ok because i know the hotel was busy. In the room there was a blood stain on the walls and the hinge to the door was not attached. I'm not very pleased at all with their stay and they did not feel safe at all. I have stayed at many La Quintas before and chose this hotel for that reason but this was no where near what I am used to.
