I wallked in the room the room smell like smoke , the walls were dirty , there was no remote for the tv , the front dooor had gaps around it you could see outside

The staff were all amazing from the front desk to the cleaning lady, but at night there was a lot of noise outside and people walking around outside @ 3 am making loud noises which woke me up out of my sleep and i couldn't go back to sleep because I was on alert.
