'When you think about Charleston - think Cambria!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby to check in - I was greeted with smile. The front desk people were amazingly help and friendly. The accommodations were splendid. The room was not laden with heavy chemical scents - it was a refreshingly clean smell. Every aspect of the room was clean to perfection. Checking out was the same. The front desk attendant was friendly, helpful, and informative. The best lodging experience I have ever had while visiting Charleston!

The staff was great. We did have an issue when we checked in. The room was already occupied and we had to be moved to another room. It was not the fault of the person checking us in. He felt very bad

The staff was very accomodating and friendly. Room appeared to be recently redone or it's a new hotel. Room set up was odd but it worked. Location perfect- close to Charleston and Isle of Palms

Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms and clean property. My only complaint, wheelchair accessible room was booked and received, but shower was not accessible. Next booking anywhere, will be for Wheelchair Accessible room with Roll-In Shower. I complained in an earlier survey, but hotel didn’t have any unoccupied rooms available that I needed.
