Clean and modern property. Wifi was not working during our stay. Bathroom shower is not user friendly having a glass divider with one side open and water coming out to the floor making it unsafe. Property is not offering breakfast too.

The place offers a great value - modern fresh design, updated feel of a business hotel. Room was clean, well appointed, updated modern design, 2 comfortable queen beds, good water pressure, good coffee machine. Check-in was fast, front desk was professional. Hotel's suburban location was excellent being close to restaurants, and shopping malls with plenty of breakfast options nearby. Overall hotel is great value for the money, since it's 5mi from Charleston but has free parking (vs 20-25$ in Charleston) and most importantly NO ridiculously high hotel taxes you have with hotels in historic Charleston (which can add 25% to the overall price). Only meaningful downside for this property is that the windows don't open at all, and the room air feels stale despite the HVAC system - no way to air out the room. Otherwise, it is all good.

The room was in good conditon however, walk in showers should have hand rails, also option of hand held shower heads. Trash cans should have plastic lining and medium size. Also would be nice to have a free breakfast bar.

It was very clean, and great that it had a boutique bar and food menu. I never used the laundry facilities but was glad that it was available. Being on 17 was a great convenience when traveling all over Charleston.
