I asked for a room away from the interstate and was told a change wasn’t possible, 2 days the hot water was almost nonexistent, the person at the desk wrongfully charged for my stay saying that Expedia wasn’t able to use my card….and after we checked out another charge was put on my card for items from the “market” which we never used. WE ARE NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN!

Location was accessible, room was more than adequate, front desk was mostly friendly. The issue was that I was charged for three nights when I only stayed two. Management stated I checked out after noon when I checked out before 8 AM. No receipt was provided at the time of checkout nor has one been sent via email. This is the only IHG hotel of the eight that I stay in around the low country that does not provide a receipt. Never going back.

The room is spotless, and the shower is a delight. I appreciate the vinyl floor design, which prevents dirt from accumulating. The beds are very comfortable. However, the mood in the breakfast area seemed subdued, possibly due to the Christmas holiday. Nevertheless, the front desk staff was exceptionally kind, friendly, and prompt in addressing our inquiries.
