The thermostat is very hard to work the buttons wouldn't work yet to really mess with it The room had cobwebs in it everybody uses K-Cups now and you had to go up to the gift shop to use a K-Cup they didn't have a cake cup coffee maker in the room

The staff was superb. Check in was fast and efficient. We had an issue in the room that was fixed in 10 minutes. The room was extremely clean. I would say that the rooms needs to be updated slightly and some furniture needs to be arranged. I would stay here again.

Absolutley the best..clean rooms, and the best hospitality you could ask for. We went back and stayed in one of the full cabins and i am in love with it. The hot tub didnt work and they did inform us of that prior to booking the room. I loved being able to build a fire in the fireplace. If i stay in this area this is where i will stay aandddd...not to mention the fact they have a zoo right there. My dauggter and graddaughter cane up and stayed a few nights with us and she went to the zoo everyday. Top notch place and we felt very safe and comfortable there

The room was very spacious and very clean. It was a great location for our locations to ride bicycle on the rail trails. And the Living Treasures Zoo was a great surprise. The zoo was awesome.

Everything was amazing! The rooms were beyond adorable and comfortable.The only thing I gave less than a five star was the mattress.It was a little hard for me. My favorite was waking up going to breakfast and coming back and doing their adorable zoo.Which is on site.

The bed was very uncomfortable. And i can hear what was going on in the room next to me. The person sext door had their alarm on and it woke me up. The person with the alarm was not woken up because the alarm just kept going. Their alarm went off at 6 in the morning. I was hoping to sleep till 9 but didnt get too.

I loved the tub, the heating and air worked just great. The staff was wonderful, and I enjoyed the zoo. The only thing that can think of is that maybe there could be a longer shower curtain in the bathroom, because the water went all over the floor from under the one that was there to use. ... Other than that, i had a GREAT stay

Room 103 Did not use hot tub, room was too cold. Could not operate thermostat to warm room sufficiently or it was not working right? On heat setting it was continuously blowing cold air. I like being cold, but husband was uncomfortably cold all night. Instruction for thermostat would be useful or a ck on system to verify that it's working may be needed. Glad it was not winter. Your walls and ceilings are definitely not sound proof, we listened to very talkative other guests long into the night. Otherwise, room was clean, pleasant and adequately supplied.

Very rustic and well maintained with log cabin atmosphere and beautiful wood furniture, bed, and fixtures. We felt very comfortable and relaxed there for our romantic 15th anniversary! The hot tub was wonderful! Warm bathroom and room temperature well adjustable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this facility and enjoy greatly the next door “Living Treasures” animal park. It was amazingly good!
