We enjoyed our stay at this property. I did have a problem with the noise of the heater's fan each time it went on so I had not slept all that well. My husband did not even notice it! The staff was very accommodating and courteous. The Thursday evening entertainment was beautiful! The pianist, Russell is very talented and all of the people that attended were so much fun and friendly.

Room wasn't clean—hair all over the bathroom, crust in all room crevices and corners, and water wouldn't even drain in the bathtub. Heat would randomly turn off and we couldn't get it to turn back on, so we were freezing cold. At 11 PM, there was a large group of people having a loud verbal altercation right outside our room. We felt very unsafe. Tried having breakfast, but every time I got up to refill my drink or grab more food, the lady working breakfast would prompty throw away all my full plates (even after seeing that I was sitting there?).

My stay was terrible! The room itself was a disaster. It was dirty and uncomfortable. There was no safety latch on the door and no "Do Not Disturb" sign. The floor had not been vacuumed properly as there were coins all over the floor. There was an exposed wire on the rug under the air conditioning unit which also had Doritos under it. The tub had hair in it from the previous guests and the shower curtain was dirty. The ice machine on the first floor was broken and looked like it had been that way for a very long time. I went to a wedding, came home at midnight and was locked out of my room. I called the desk several times: no answer. I am a 65 year old woman who had to walk alone, late at night, outside, to get to the front desk where I found the clerk in the bathroom putting on make-up. She was rude and unconcerned that I was locked out and had to walk alone outside just to get assistance from her. She did not apologize or even ask if I was okay. She seemed angry that I was bothering her! She watched me walk out the door into the night and knew I had to walk around the building to get to my room. She could at least have offered to watch me until I was safely at my room. I will NEVER stay at New Hope Inn & Suites again and will tell EVERYONE I know that they should not either. And the clerk that was on that night should be reprimanded for her rude, uncaring demeanor that night!!!!

My only issue with the property is it has a little bit of a confusing layout as far as where the rooms are. Other than that it is a really nice place to stay and is very clean ,close to everything.
