This property is not being properly maintained and the whole second floor appeared to be not in use as there was a boarded up gate in front of the stairs. The window to our room had a crack that had been taped. Very disappointing.

The worst hotel ever!!! - I have pictures to prove, which I forwarded to Sean Lloyd. It is not a 3-Star hotel. The upstairs balcony was collapsing, the parking lot was a mess, no hot water, and a known meth hotel. And Travelocity does not stand behind it's loyal, paying clients - I have used them for over 20 years - Travelocity will not refund our money. Has offered us $50 to shut us up, but we will not accept!

DO NOT STAY HERE

The property looks (and probably should be) condemned. It doesn't look like anyone has done upkeep in 10+ years. Employees were friendly, but extremely unprofessional and seemingly as unkempt as the property itself. The entire second floor was boarded off, and for good reason. The floors of the walkways on the second floor were falling down and wires/pipes were exposed. The pool was drained and damaged. The picnic tables in the patio did not have seats or tabletops, they were merely table legs. The parking lot was basically loose gravel and potholes. Looks like it was poured 25 years ago and has never had any service since. The outdoor "green" areas were dirt and tall dead weeds, which were also in the parking lot cracks. There was an old mattress and other furniture trash outside of the dumpster in the parking lot. They had a little note at check in that due to circumstances beyond their control they were no longer serving breakfast. I would have been scared to eat their food any way. The room was reasonably clean but very poorly lit (many lamps did not have light bulbs) and had not been updated since being built. Bathroom was clean enough, but there were two bug traps behind the toilet. I made a reservation online based on the photos and description. I was embarrassed to stay there and would have changed hotels if there had been rooms available anywhere else in town. Since it was just one night and I felt reasonably safe, I went ahead and stayed.

Looks closed but it’s just run down!

Place looks closed and abandoned! Shower knob was loose and could not easily adjust temperature. Checked in after 4pm and they had to check the room to see if it was ready. It was after 5 minutes. VERY dated!

Hotel is run down and has very minimal upkeep. Advertised as having a pool, which they have an empty pool with weeds growing in the bottom. Room was not very clean, mirror was broken, picture was missing, holes in drywall were patched but not repainted, hairs on sheets, coffee maker in room did not work, no such breakfast as advertised, very noisy and could hear whenever water was running in other rooms. Camping in a tent would have been a better choice. Definitely not a place I would stay at again.

Quality inn is Dirty on the outside,Parking lot is crumbling full of potholes. Exterior of the building needs to be replaced. I wish I would have taken a Picture.but, it was getting dark. 1)I was kind of disappointed this time. It’s a non-smoking room but I think it was a former smoking room. My husband has asthma and he smell right away. 2) says in website has breakfast and swimming pool. There’s a message that no longer breakfast and pool under renovation.

I really like the quality Inn and I love the location of where it’s at really close to some great places to walk and eat etc.. The place is a current work in progress, the new owners are doing a lot and I’ve stayed here a few times in the past year and seen improvements being slowly, but steadily made. the downside right now is that the pool and breakfast type things are not available while everything is under construction, but I still choose to stay there when I’m in the area because I feel safe and the accommodations are good.

Check in was a pain in the ass. After standing in the lobby for 20 minutes ringing the bell and yelling out I had to search the property for someone, and finally found a house cleaner who found the front seat girl. Not worth the savings. No smoke alarm, floors were very dirty. The condition is very poor. The shower pressure was so hard. It felt like it was tearing your skin. I will be turning them into the fire marshal for the smoke alarm, unacceptable!
